| THE TECHNOLOGY |
The technology of the infrared process is revolutionizing the way paved surfaced are
restored. The infrared rays heat the pavement evenly and deep, at a controlled rate
this recycles the existing asphalt reducing the amount of new asphalt that is needed.

and loose asphalt.
-The infrared unit is positioned over the area. The
infrared rays are allowed to penetrate the surface for
7-10 minutes.
- Once the surface is softened the infrared unit is
removed and a lute is used to form a perfect square
around the area. We leave a 6" border around the
heated surface undisturbed. This undisturbed area
will thermal bond with the existing asphalt, creating
a seamless, waterproof repair.
- The lute is then used to scarify the pavement inside
of the square which recycles the existing asphalt.
- Asphalt rejuvenator is the applied to the area to
replace the oils that have oxidized out of the existing
pavement over time.
- New asphalt hot mix is then discharged from our
reclaimer and added to the repaired area to bring the
repair up to the proper grade.
- The area is then compacted. The end result is a
